Equal opportunities and motivation at ECHA2022
This summer the ECHA-conference takes place in The Hague from August 31st to September 3rd 2022. As always, Bureau Talent will attend the conference, on the one hand, to acquire the newest insights in the are of giftedness and, on the other hand to also share our knowledge and insights with our colleagues from all over Europe (and beyond).
Lineke van Tricht will present the first study from het PhD-research. The topic is motivation of gifted students from families with a low socioeconomic status. For this first study, she dove into the PISA data from 2015 and 2018 to map the target group’s motivation in five countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, and Luxembourg.
