Advancing equal opportunities across Europe
As part of the Erasmus+ project Equity in Gifted Education (EGE), Bureau Talent collaborates with partners in the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Kosovo to improve the identification and support of cognitively gifted students from underrepresented and multilingual backgrounds.
Within this project, Bureau Talent plays a central role in developing and implementing the academic language programme. This programme helps students develop the academic language skills they need to make their cognitive abilities visible and to realise their full potential. It is currently being implemented in multiple countries, and teachers have been trained to work with it.
The project has also been selected for presentation at the ECHA Conference 2026 in Dublin, a leading European conference in the field of gifted education. This selection also serves as a valuable recognition of the project.
In the coming period, Bureau Talent and its partners will focus on further developing a practical guide for schools, gathering insights from practice, and sharing knowledge through national and international events.
Through this project, Bureau Talent actively contributes to creating more equal opportunities for gifted students across Europe.
